was wondering where all the guys were
Jason,
Congratulations on your Take-Off!
And Welcome to the Men’s Forum!
Saw your other post out on the Main-board….
The “full feeling?”
Like the other poster replied, the trauma of the surgery
And healing sutures, keep most from any feelings early on.
Part of the WLS is using these first months
To establish New eating habits as you add
More and more items back into your dietary intake.
It is very common to “not feel full,”
Or hungry either, during these first weeks.
Have you moved on to eating solid foods and meat yet?
Dense proteins (think Chicken Breast)
Do give more of a feeling of fullness, and
It stays with you longer.
Jump on in. The guys here are a fun bunch
And have lots of experience, they are happy to share.
Best Wishes-
Dx
