A couple of my personal rules on nutritional eating
Good one Paul. We get pretty much the same results on protein food sources which is my primary concern. I always take the position that any fresh or frozen fruits or veggies are "good for me" and pretty much eat as much of them as I want. Fruits are high in sugar so I do moderate them somewhat.
I don't eat many grain based foods like bread, cereal, potatoes and the like so when I do, I just focus on whole grains stuff.
