More Protein=Faster Weight Loss?
I feel pretty much the same as you about most protein supplement "shakes" out there. The only supplement that I've been able to get myself to use consistently is the New Whey liquid "shots" that come in 28 or 42 gram sizes. They aren't cheap but they taste ok but best of all they are small and can be taken in about 3 swallows. You might given them a try. I think GNC sells them individually - at least some stores have them or a very similar protein product. I think DxE from this board once recommended the Ostrim meat snacks (sorry if I'm not attributing correctly) and they are pretty good and have a high protein / low fat content.
