100 lbs FART

It's been 3 months since my surgery and almost 4 since my pre-op diet and today I hit the ol century mark. Wooo Hooo. I'm so happy I could just sh_t

Lucky! I'm like 6lbs shy of my 100lb mark....hopefully it'll get here shortly lol Way to go though!

It comes off real fast.  Get ready for the mental side of the weightloss.  Things like women checking you out and getting more respect in public.  Sometimes that can be harder than the physical.  Keep it up Robert.  Brian
