Apology Directly To Scottie (everybody else don't worry about it)
I'm extraordinarily sorry that you feel that way, Scottie and even in lieu of the petty, childish comments you've made I will still apologize wholeheartedly directly to you in this open letter. I blocked you for the reason that you were basically flaming me and as an adult it is my right to do as I wish, however, I respect this forum and the guys here and I do not wish for this to go on any longer. This is my last say in the matter, take it or leave it, but just move off it.

your still a new post op...it's defintely possible, although you might decide 60 lbs is too much once you get there....at 191 I looked ill (i'm 6'1'' too) but then again, I was much heavier then you, and ended up with a lot of excess skin....you might not have that issue. have you started to weight lift yet? It makes a huge difference in the type of weight you drop....fat vs. muscle mass. In the initial weight loss phase you drop both, but you should fight for every drop of muscle you can maintain. It much easier to maintain then to build new muscle. I wish I spent more of my first year weight lifting rather then doing aerobic exercise, I think it's better for weight loss and how you look once the weight loss is done.
