Best of luck to you!  There are so many opinions because everyone is different.  It's really besides walking/water/etc. it's pretty much trial and error.  Hopefully more trial than error!

Well I am through the surgey and back home. Stll quite sore around the belly area and don't know if I will ever again have a 'regular' bowel movement! The procedure went fine but the stay in the hospital wasn't the greatest. I don't want to complain to much but the Kaiser nurses could use some additional training in interpersonnal communication. I have been sipping like crazy, it is hard to get 64 oz. of water down in a day. I almost made it yesterday, had about 3 oz to spare. Felt like I was going to float away. Alos have to say, this stage II food sucks. I am already burned out on yougurt, pudding, jello and applesauce. Thanks for all the moral support guys, I am heading down the losers side already - 10 pounds dropped since surgery on Tuesday! Dave
