Man OH Man did I ever sleep good!  Like a rock!  I'm up (contemplating going back to sleep) and I am enjoying some peace and quiet.  Minnesota is so beautiful from what I have seen.  It's just so relaxing to know I am here and I get to spend a week with my baby, Lucy and her family.  We are going to the Mall Of America today and I think we are going to Duluth tomorrow looking at Lighthouses!!  They have a fun filled relaxing week for me.   Our challenge for today is to not worry.  Easier said than done, I know.  What is it though?  It's just a problem?  What?  Randall!  How can you say "just" a problem.  Well, I have learned that no matter what you are worrying about, it's just there.  What can you do?  You are you and you are NOT able to fix everything.  I use to worry about other people's problems and I couldn't fix it.  I was making myself sick.  That's all you will do if you worry!  What can worrying do?  When you worry, you are not yourself.  You cause your body to react in ways it isn't suppose to therefore, your mind is bogged, your BP rises, other things happen.  Worrying is not worth it.  You have to learn to just KNOW it will work out.  If it doesn't, then it wasn't meant to be or something esle will take place in the place of that situation that will make it better.  Does that make sense?  I have worried enough for you and I.  LOL  Just learn to NOT worry and BE HAPPY!  Life WILL get better!! So, who's up?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  WOW!  Lucy had some Harry & David's Moose Munch Chocolate Peanut Butter Coffee in my apartment for me.  Ain't she sweet?  AWE!  LOL  This coffee sure is good!  Carmen, you gotta get it!  I know how you love H&D's coffee.  You too Julie!  All of you.  HAHAHA!   My flights were good on the way up.  The only thing was a couple of turbulent spots on the plane and those moving sidewalks where you lean to the right and TRY not to get run over!  I HATE Atlanta's Airport!  You could get LOST in there.  And to think!  I have to go through Ohare in Chicago on the way home.  HEHEHEHEHEE  This country boy is LOST already!  HAHAHAHA Ya'll have a blessed and wonderful day!

I drank maybe a half gallon of coffee in the first 48 years of my life. I didn't need it cause my caffeine source was my old best buddy Coca-Cola. Now that I've gone 7 months w/o a coke, I'm kinda starting to get a taste for coffee. I poured a pint of coffee into a giant beer mug (another old friend gone bye bye) and then added another pint of Swiss Miss sugar free hot chocolate. Pretty dad-gummed satisfying way to start your morning. Of course I'm way behind schedule on my protein now, but I've got all day to catch up. Anybody ever mixed chocolate protein shake into coffee?
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.

If you want to make your coffee go farther, ingest about 5 grams of L-Taurine when you get up about 20 minutes before you have your coffee or anything else - Unless you're bipolar, or on any kind of psychiatric medication (and don't want to self-medicate without your docs permission), that is.

Sorry, that was L-Tyrosine. L-Taurine is in Red Bull and is good for anaerbic activity. Might work as well!
