First time since August 20, I've been tube free!! I have it covered now in saline soaked 4x4s, and will see my surgeon next week, hopefully he'll release me from his care! Of course eating is a different story, thank God for peanut butter and 1% milk.  I try and eat other things as well, but the learning curve, as Dx says, is a biotch!  Nauseous all the time, churning, churning, churning.  Drink New Whey protein capsules alright. All the best, BobM.

It's great that you're finally progressing quickly after all of the problems you've had to deal with.

Ok. That is what I get for multi-tasking. I am from Grandview, MO    Not Gladstone which is just up the road a few miles.

Was actually talking with a friend from Gladstone when I typed my earlier reply.

Sorry for the confusion.

Great News Bob! Praying and waiting for the day When all your complications can hide beneath a single band-aid!! Hang in there, it’s coming! How goes the weight? (funny just how secondary that becomes when the goal is just to keep living isn’t it?) Hang in there and get in your protein! Best Wishes- Dx
