Saw my PCP bright and early today before work.  As of 6:15 this morning it is official.  I now weigh 50% of my pre-surgery weight.  What a great feeling! Rich

Congratulations. And I can't wait. That's my one year goal.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.

Awesome!  It's an awesome feeling - I started out at 677.  I've lost 402 lbs so far. I've went from a 88+ " waist to a 42" (my sophomore year of high school I was at 46" waist) I've went from a 10x t-shirt size to a XL.  (I was a 2-3x when I graduated from high school.  That was SO HARD TO FIND in the '80's) I've went from a 15 5E shoe size to a 13 EE. And - from barely able to walk the 20 or so yards from our apartment to the car to - being able to walk 3.5 miles, then still run errands to the grocery store and such. Keep it up, Rich - it's an awesome feeling.
