Boy!  It sure feels good to be home!  They say "Home is where the heart is".   I will have to agree and this board has my heart so this is HOME!  What a great family to come home to this Monday morning!  I know you slept as good as I did and now you are up, ready for a new day and the start of a new week.   Our challenge for today is to just be you.  Be your normal self.  Why try to please everyone.  We can't do it.  No matter how hard we try.  We can't.  Being you requires YOU to be open and to be honest with yourself.  Are you?  Can you honestly say that you are honest with YOU?  If you aren't, you can't be honest to those around you.  Whether it be friends, family, spouses, whoever.  You have to be honest with yourself.  May we ALL be honest with our hearts and minds and JUST be you.  When you do, you can be at peace. So, who's up?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm enjoying my water right now, but I am about to go make some Lee's Caramel Kiss coffee.  Got my brain all ready.  Just gotta get up and do it! Ya'll have a wonderful and blessed Monday!!

Never had much of a problem being me... I discovered many years ago that it requires far less effort to be honest in everything than to try to lie and remember which "me" each person was getting. I was raised by very opinionated and outspoken parents and as a result I've always been fairly mouthy. My biggest challenge has been keeping opinions to myself.
This morning I am drinking plain old tap water out of one of my bicycle bottles. For breakfast I had some EAS protein with Safeway brand rice milk. Went down easy. A little too easy, actually as I was able to drink it down without needing to sip or ever feeling like my stomachlet was full of liquid. This is way preferable to the bullets. That crap is like fruit-flavored snot served out of a penis-shaped container. No thanks.
