Stall number two

Well since I'm bored at work, thought I'd check in... been awhile.  Just got done with 1.5 week stall during the end of May and beginning of June.  So, I decided to get into Ketosis again atleast until June 22nd for a full two weeks.  I got through the lethargic/cloudy head feeling of starting ketosis on tuesday and wednesday, now I feel normal again.  blood sugar is in check and I'm spilling ketones like crazy right now.  Lost 7lbs in 4 days since starting, mostly water I'm sure.  Which I'm now uping my water intake to keep flushed.  Overall still doing great, have had zero complications so far.  Gallbladder is still functioning normal although still taking Urso.  Almost at my 3 month post-op mark and down 78lbs from high weight and lost 36 total inches in various places on the body.   Goal to get down to 300lbs by July 31st. 

Do you have to crush the Urso up? I just told my doc to put me on Actigall last month and it's in a capsule all I do is open it up and put it in my fav. drink and it barely has a taste to it. I got sick of crushing the Urso. I also am in a stall it seems b/c I've been at 259 for a while now and I think I'm finally at 258, but who knows. Could just be water and my mind playing trix on me lol wtg though

I break them in half, but don't crush them.

I've never thought about going into ketosis again since I've been doing such intense workouts but it's good to be reminded that we always have that option. With our surgeries it is much easier to go all protein for a few weeks to try and get out of stalls. I probably wouldn't be able to run though while I'm in ketosis since I wouldn't have any quick energy to burn off.

As for the question on Actigall, I take mine whole and have had no problems. The capsule isn't that big and it breaks down really easy.
