OT - Nude beach

A mother and father take their 6-year old son to a nude beach. As the boy walks along the sand, he notices that many of the women have boobs bigger than his mother's, so he goes back to ask her why. She tells her son, 'The bigger they are, the sillier the lady is.' The boy, pleased with the answer, goes to play in the ocean but returns to tell his mother that many of the men have larger wackers than his dad does. She replies, 'The bigger they are, the dumber the man is'. Again satisfied with her answer, the boy goes back to the ocean to play. Shortly thereafter, the boy returns and promptly tells his mother, "Daddy is talking to the silliest lady on the beach, and the longer he talks, the dumber he gets!"

Ya know. that brings up an interesting question I've always wondered about .. people who take their kids with them to nude beaches, resorts, camps, cruises, etc. I mean, "why?" ..

and could that be considered a form of child abuse, since public nudity is generally illegal (and seeing an adult of the opposite sex's genitalia is probably an immoral/not mentally-healthy thing at that age)?

Just wondered what everyone's take is on that issue ..

(a) A person commits an offense if he exposes his anus or any part of his genitals with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person, and he is reckless about whether another is present who will be offended or alarmed by his act. (b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor. There it is right from the TX Penal Code. I'm sure you are familiar with that part of Vernon's.

Interesting, I take it from the above that women can never be guilty of indecent exposure!?!?
