A mile long FART!!!!

This time next year we'll be seeing you post pictures of yourself water skiing out on that beautiful lake. Congratulations. That fart stinks to high heaven cause it had to fight through about a mile of **** to get to where it is today.

That's really great Dale!  I love to see guys getting their lives back cause it really sucked when I stopped being able to do the things I enjoyed because of some pounds.  Keep up the good work.

Isn't it great when we do something that seemed impossible just a few months ago!  I am so happy for you.  You have come so far since your surgery.  Keep up the good work and keep walking!

Thanks a lot guys!  I sure never thought much about being an inspiration to anyone.. LOL.. but I guess I am getting to a point where I've been thru several stages... the fears, the research, the friggin plateau...(which sucked.. LOL). I tell ya, I never would have made it thru the surgery and journey thus far without the knowledge I gained here in the locker room.. (ok.. no group hug.. save it for the main board.. LOL) Seriously (and this is for you new guys)... I discovered quickly, and I've said it several times.. to paraphrase the Bible..  There is NOTHING that will befall you on this journey, but such as is common to OTHER guys!   So ask away your questions.. you will get straight answers... some you may not like.. but you'll get the truth!
