We have a few “Plateau Experts” here on the Board. If memory serves, CB (Carbon Blob) was the King of Stalls All the way down to finally going below goal. Hopefully some who’ve had longer plateaus will chime in… For me, the weight would sit unchanged for 3 to 4 weeks, Then with no change in my diet or exercise, just start falling again.
