Welcome Jon,
I had my surgery on the 22nd of Jan.
Sounds like we have had similar progress. I was 331 when I had my surgery, and I just hit 238 this morning.
Congrats on all your successes.
Everyone here is friendly and willing to help with any questions.

I'm one year out and I'm starting to check out the men's board again. I just kind of wandered away for a time and spent most of my time over on the RNY board. You have done very well to drop so much weight in such a short period of time. You obviously follow the program closely. Keep up the great work.

You sound a bit like me. My starting point was 316 (high 330 or so) and I'm almost 3 yrs post op and I'm at between 184lbs and 194lbs. I still can't believe how many life times ago it seems that old me exsisted. Congrats on your progress thus far!!

Hello to my fellow Austonian! (actually Wimberley here)
I'm fairly new to the locker room as well. I don't post much because I'm still pre-op. I hope to have my RNY in the second half of Sept or the first half or Oct. Right now I'm about three weeks into my medically supervised weight loss program that my insurance requires.
Your progress is an inspiration for those of us on this this side of the knife! Thanks for posting and welcome!
