Monday Coffee Talk

Good Monday morning everyone.  Time to rise and shine.  It's going to be a wonderful day!   Our challenge today is to stay cool.  We can stay cool in 2 ways.  Stay cool in the heat AND stay cool with your temper.  Today, we are challenged to do both.  It is going to be 98 here today, again.  Stay cool and don't get too hot.  Drink PLENTY OF WATER and stay inside unless you have to be outside.  Also, stay cool with your temper.  Count to 10 and breathe.  Don't let words come out of your mouth that can hurt and destroy.  Words that you will regret saying.  Words that you can't take back.  Let's stay cool today in BOTH ways!  A double challenge?  What's up?  LOL   So, who's up this morning?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm enjoying some awesome Starbuck's Estate Papua coffee.  Funny name, but it sho nuff is good! Ya'll have a wonderful and blessed Monday!  

Great advice Randall.  I recently went through an issue that reminded me how much worse words taste when you have to eat them than when you spoke them.
