IGOMB 6/6/8 & 6/7/8
Well Friday Rode my bike 6 miles with pretty good side wind in Kansas, 40 push-ups & 40 sit-ups, walked 30 min. exercised upper body with light weights 4 sets of 12 reps. Sat. walked 30 min. worked upper body light weights 4 sets of 12 reps. Lets see who gets the ball rolling for Sunday... Anything you do exercise related no matter how big or small will encourage someone else in that stage. So let's not keep it to our selfs let's support each other.
Friday: Lower body work out 45 min. I tried that new way of doing my hamstrings y'all suggested. BIG improvement. Also rode a bonus 2 miles on my bike in the evening just for fun.
Saturday: 1.5 hr walk/jog with the dog in the most terrific wind I've seen since moving home to the states from Holland. I loved every minute of it.
