No way a person would ever guess that the guy in those pics was obese. Thanks.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
You do look great. You say these are pics done two months after TT. Can you show a picture of you at or near surgery date and another prior to TT? Also, it might inspire others if they knew your starting weight. I started out as super morbidly obese and I'm still morbidly obese. I relate more to men who, like me, started out at a very high weight. I wish I could have had surgery when I was younger and under 400 lbs but it just wasn't an option with insurance back then.
SJBOB,
I started off at around 290lbs. On www.weightlosssurgerycenter.com have some before and after pictures of me.
I really don't keep before pictures of myself anymore. That part of my life is in the past and there is where I keep it. Some people need their before pictures for motivation but I don't. I use my progress for motivation. But I will try to find some before pictures of myself if they help motivate others. I will gladly help whoever need help to reach their goal.
The first thing everyone should know is weight training is just as important as cardio. They both go hand in hand. Cardio knock the weight off, while weight training keep the weight off. The more muscle your body has, the more calories and fat your body burn. Weight training helps tighten the skin and make you look more tone and healthier. I will keep saying this... Weight training is very important in your long term weight loss journey. You don't need to lift the gym. A pair of barbells is pretty much all you need if you are not really into lifting. If anyone need more tips, just let me know. I will gladly help.
