Quick Post of time for my 5k

I did it. I finished my first 5k at just shy of three weeks out since surgery. My time was 1:15.08! (edit: So I thought!) I think its a FART. Next year I am signing up for a 10k! I love it I never thought I would like to walk like this. I guess its a start. Until later Chris updated... found my time online was faster than I thought. Very cool Chris, and at only 3 weeks out. I am running my first 5K in about 2 hours. Will post how it went when I get home this afternoon.

That's pretty darn close to being a 20 minute mile pace. At 3 wks out that's super impressive. I'm 6.5 months out and have to really push to stay under a 20 minute pace. Congratulations and keep up the good work. And make sure you keep a damned good set of shoes under you. JF
