Man Boobs
So whats the deal with man boobage?
Is it one of those things that requires plastic surgery at the end, like the saggies the ladies get, or do they shrivel up and disappear in guys?

You better believe it .. I've gone from manaloupes to "manflaps" (like "flapjack boobs" on a gal) with my weight loss ..
Still, I refuse to wear a "bro" and will just have to keep wearing very loose-fitting shirts until my moob removal ..
I was going to re-post here the other night a recent thread on the main forum, started by a gal complaining and joking about her post-op flapjacks .. but you get the general idea by now, I think .. We don't need no such elaborations on here .. !

Yikes. Though I think it will be entertaining to call some plastic surgeons offices and ask "how much to have my boobs done?"

My “Moobs” drew up to a flat chest! And I had some 'Dolly-Parton's' for 'Chesticles' Before the weight-loss. Different for everyone. Some have problems, some don’t. It all depends on where you started, and genetics… Exercise does help by filling those voids with muscle. The “lag time” between loss of tissue And skin shrinkage is about 6 months, So don’t make judgments until you’ve hit a stable weight for about 5 months. Then you can tell what you’ll be facing. Yes? Best Wishes- Dx

As usual, Dx is right on with advice to hit a stable weight for at least five months. Other factors that are at least as important as anything else are 1) your history of smoking , 2) your history of drinking and 3) your history of sun exposure. Both habits and sun exposure have adverse effects on the skin, especially elasticity.

I do push-ups, close to 100 a day. Still have some loose skin on the sides under my arms, but not much in the front.
Those spinning push up disks, with handles, you see on TV really work,by the way. Much easier on the wrists.
Like the others have said, your mileage will vary. Depends on age, smoking history, sun exposure history, and good old genetics.
The way I see it, sagging skin is a great problem to have compared to morbid obesity.
Good luck.
