High / Low

Good morning fellas. For the past few months we've played a game every evening at dinner as a family. We go around the table and tell each other what our low point and our high point was for the day.

I thought I might try it here. So, what's your low and what is your high lately?

I'll start. My low was having to tell my sister that we couldn't throw a joint birthday party for my daughter and hers. (they were born two days apart) because we didn't think alcohol was appropriate for a child's birthday party and they did. Our family doesn't drink. And last year there was a keg, and tequilla slushies. The low point was that she wasn't willing to accept that my feeling uncomfortable with it, and wanting to keep my kids out of that environment was a valid way of thinking.

My high was much better. I have been successful for four days straight in getting all my exercise and supplementation/nutrition in. As you know, I've had a tough go of it this past year, but I've left that all behind. My run this morning was FANTASTIC!

let's try this again.

My lows: my gout is starting to come back right as I finished my medicine and I'm still not able to go back to work due to the fatigue after I tried on monday.

My Highs: I just broke my first 50 lbs and I can officially reach my feet again, those *******s are ugly.

WOOT! Grats on the primo-fifty. You're doing an awesome job. Hang in there, it only gets better. Wait until you look down and see something else you haven't in a while
