Thursday Coffee Talk
Good Thursday morning everyone! My my! It's early. I've been up for an hour and a half now. I REALLY wanna go back to sleep. LOL I'm sure gonna try in a minute too. Just wanted to say GOOD MORNING and to let you know how much I appreciate YOU! Thank you all for making "Coffee Talk" a blessing to me. You guys are awesome! Our challenge today is to breathe! Inhale....now.....exhale. In and out. Deep breathing. Let your mind relax. Again. Do this every time today that you feel pressured. Every time that you feel tense. Any time you just need to relax. You'll sure feel better every time you do this. It will cause you to just chill. Go ahead, inhale today. It's gonna be ok! So, who's up? What cha sipping on? No coffee yet. Jus****er with Lipton S/F Honey & Green Tea added. Later, I'm going to enjoy some awesome Starbuck's Gormet coffee. I KNOW that'll be good! Thank, bud. I always love reading your Coffee Talk editorial in the morning. Eerie how often it fits with my own goals of the morning, like today. My purpose in running this morning was to enjoy it, not to worry about how far I went, or how my form was. About .75 miles in I realized I was counting my breaths to footwork ratio so I just stopped, looked at the phenomenal golden rising sun, and breathed for a few seconds. When I started back, I had a big dumb 'ol grin on my face and I knew I'd accomplished my daily goal.
