low blood count

Got a call from the new doctor yesterday with the blood test results. Eveything was good except he is concerned about the low blood count. Seems the normal is 15 n mine is 11.5. He thinks I might be bleeding internally again. I have had 3 surgeries for these leaks. Two were revisions one was a gastrectomy. He did say I am anemic now. I have been light headed n dizzy but thought it was high blood pressure Thanks for listening

What's being counted	What's normal	What's low
White blood cells (WBC)	5,000-10,000	Below normal, especially below 1,000
Hemoglobin	14.5-18 for men 12-16 for women	Below 10
Platelets	150,000-450,000	Below 50,000

The low levels could indicate -
Anemia caused by deficiencies as well as blood loss. B-12 levels ok?  Iron? Have you had bleeding ulcers along the way? Hope it can be fixed from the outside with supplements, rather than internal bleeding. Keeping fingers crossed for you! Best Wishes- Dx
