Please forgive the smell 
, but I simply had to FART again. I went to my GP today for a checkup. When I jumped up on the scales, they said that I was down to 328. The last time I was there (2 weeks post-op) I was at 341. Last week I was at my surgeon for my 1 month post-op and I weighed 333 (5 lbs. in a week aint bad). And that's not all. Before going back to my GP, I was on BP meds as well as insulin. Well to make things short, he took me off my BP meds and took me off insulin to an oral med 
. This means NO MORE SHOTS!! I am extremely excited with the report. Thanks for letting me brag.
