well its been 6 days post op and everything is going good so far. the surgery itself was alrite. i never been through anything like that before so it was quite the experience. im not in any pain no more so thats good. my drain is slowly stopping which i cant wait for it to be completely stopped. i have not felt hungry whatsoever which is weird. i am finding it hard to down 2 quarts of clear liquids though. i try as hard as i can. everything is going fine tho and im glad i went through with it. its going to be a good ride and im buckeled in.

Sounds like things are going well for you and glad to hear it. That 2 quarts of water a day is hard to swallow but just keep at it and you will make it.

Keep up the good work.

You are beginning a very exciting journey.  As Dx says, the first few weeks are not great, but things improve greatly after that. Keep up your excercise.
