Hey not sure this will interest anyone, but on the Tennessee board we started a daily post IDGOMB:"I Did Get Off My Butt"! Who ever exercised first would start the post, say what they did in general or specific.  It's been a way of motivating each other with exercise.  So I'll start it today and will see if there's a interest somebody else can start Saturday, if not it will die a slow death. I rode my bike twice today, did calisthenics and worked upper and lower body with light weights for toning. C'ya Bob

jerked off like it was my last day on earth.......

ok, couldn't resist. i'll do back today (lifting that is!) and then run 2.5 miles with the critters and then walk it again this afternoon with the g/f and critters. just our daily routine. last night i ate non stop. and crap too! sometimes i just lose it like that. so feeling super guilty today and need to confess and then work it off. so i think this is a good thread, like the sunday weigh in maybe it will help motivate some of the newbies. maybe some of the regular guys who work out everyday will post and get it going too. i think it helps. let's see if it works. thanks for the old college try if it doesn't.....carbonblob

I'm with you CB, on the eating crap at night. Today is a back to basics or what I call a back to Jesus day, lots of water and protein drinks. I don't know what it is but late at night is the hardest time for me. Seems like any thing unhealthy calls my name.  pan head

Well, I read where it burns up about 200 calories an hour. Do the math! Using that figure, if ya yank 8 times a day, that's about a 1/2 pound extra weight loss per day from pullin' yer pud!!

Went to a water park yesterday. Spent equal amounts of time walking, standing in line, and floating down the tube chutes on an innertube. Didn't get much exercise on the floating or standing around part, but at the end of the day I had probably walked 3-4 miles. The part that really sucked was driving 6 hours back home and getting in at midnight though. I may or may not get off of my butt and do anything today due to being ragged out from yesterday.
