Blew that days diet.
Well I blew my liquid diet yesterday. I got caught up not having any thing to eat but my breakfast at 7am and a EAS protein drink for lunch, about 7pm we went to eat. I eat 6 grilled chicken strips and some wedge fries. I feel bad. I can not believe that I was doing so good and then blew it. I lost 14 pounds in the last two weeks. I knew that going on this trip for my company was going to be hard. I made up some this morning by having a smaller breakfast. I will walk some extra today if given the chance,
Sorry, just need to confess. I can not lie to myself. I did wrong. I know it was only one day out of 14 but I don’t want to fail of have any problems with surgery.
I don't see where you blew it so bad. You have already lost 14 lbs. Just get back on track and keep going. More weight you lose the easier and safer your surgery will be. Keep up the good work.
