3 Farts in one week

Earlier in the week I saw my Sister and my 7 year old nephew walks into the room and say "Uncle Bo you look awesome!"  It really hits home when a 7 year old notices.

Also this week I was at my Son's school and ran into a woman who I have not seen at work in at least 6 months.  She stopped me in the hall and gave me that big look up and down.  She just kept repeating you look so good (at least 5 times).  She did not ask if I had lost weight or how much I had lost.  I think because we were talking to another group of people.  

Today I jumped on the scale and I am now half way to my goal!  If you had told me I could loose 81 pounds in 3 months I would have told you that you were crazy.  It is a wild trip, I can't wait to see what the rest of this ride brings.
