Holy ****!!! 6 months
First I can not believe it has been 6 months already!! It just seems like last week I was in the Hospital, sipping some sick tasting protein drink, trying to pass gas and wondering just what in the HELL have I done. After 6 months I still not sure what I did, but I am damn glad I did it!! Here is a short list of accomplishments....

walk to the fridge walk 100 miles a month
knees and back aches no pain
High Blood Pressure no BP meds
High Blood Sugar normal sugar level
Sleep apnea no snoring (wife’s favorite)
low self esteem I'll kick your ass
I can not imagine what the rest of the ride will be like.....but I can not wait to find out!!!
Great List and great job. Keep up the good work and keep that list handy for when you think it just isnt working.
