I have been joking with people for months that I wanted to reach a goal of 184 lbs.  This would be exactly 200 lbs since my surgery in Jan. 07.  The only reason this number meant anything is it would make it real easy to do the math on how much I had lost.  Well today I did it!  It was actually 184.6, but close enough.   I have been trying to stop losing since the 210 mark but I have never had to try to stop losing weight so it is difficult skill to master. jim d

Congratulations Jim!! Awesome! Up your intake of “Good Fats” (mono-unsaturated) And the additional calories should stabilize your weight And greatly improve your cholesterol levels. Keep it Up! Best Wishes- Dx

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!   And, I'm so glad this was a post with good news.  When i saw the title, I was afraid you had some horribly embarrassing dumping story to share with us!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-) I'm getting to the same point (need to figure out how to stop losing) - and, it's a WEIRD mindset to get into!!!!!!! LOL....    Keep up the hard work.

I can't freakin' imagine having to worry about stopping the loss. Of course 6 months ago I couldn't imagine I'd be where I am now. This is a wild ride. Congratulations on the milestone.

That's great Jim!!!!!  I look forward to the day when my problem is how to put on weight instead of how to take it off.
