1st FART

I'm out of town a lot and will only weigh on my scale or Vandy's (both are exactly the same) came home tonight got on the scale and boom dropped below 200 lbs 198. To me thats my first big stinky FART! Starting weight 266, surgery weight 239, today 198! C'ya Bob

Thanks guys also the wife bought me a bike, really hoping to get into it. Wish me luck took it out tonight only rode two miles, but it's been 40+ years sense I've been on one. Plan on taking it with me on the road and taking full advantage of my new life.

Thanks Guys for all the Support! Ya Bama got the training wheels on, but the good news a couple months ago all I would need to do is super glue a couple wheels on my azz and that would have been my training wheels! BwaHahaha!!! C'ya Bob
