Finally below 200 BMI 25.4

Well i finally got into the 100's.  I weighed in yesterday at 198.  What a feeling!  I never thought I'd see this again.  I might even hit my goal by my anniversary! I owe much of my success to all you guys on the mens board, and the support and info I obtain from reading your thresds.  Thank You All! Kevin
