Posted some pics...

I have posted some pics in my profile...labeled as "Before" they are a couple years old but not much has changed....maybe I should of labeled the folder...the "Dark Ages"... I do have a folder for when I start Optifast in a couple weeks...I just wanted to be able to see the progression. -Rob

Hey Rob - Great pics....  You'll be glad you have them.  Take pics along the way, it REALLY helped me to be able to compare pics.  I had so many "FAT DAYS" along the way (even at 100 and 150 pounds down) where i just wasn't seeing or feeling it.  And, taking pictures and comparing them side by side helped with old mind-f--k that goes along with this journey.... Best of luck with the Opti-Fast.  For me, the 3 week pre-surgery diet was really tough (wish i could say otherwise), but that's when my body was SCREAMING for carbs and all the junk!!!!   Stay focused and you'll do great....

Rob, Great Photos. Parrot Head eh? I worked with Jimmy on his premiere of Don't Stop the Carnival. He's a Nice guy with good "people." You'll be glad to have those photos to compare later on. I was excellent at avoiding most cameras prior to WLS. Only rare snapshots of "Dx in Captivity," and nearly none- "In the Wild." Hang in there. Next year will be here before you know it.
