The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In
Thanks Fish! Yeah, most of the soreness is gone, however there is one spot that still gives me a dang good jolt ever now and then. It's on the left side, and hurts like a muther if I move the wrong way or too quickly.
I know I have a long way to go, but it's just amazing to see this much weight loss in such a short time. I figure that as I gain more strength and stamina, and can walk more, and then throw in 3 or 4 days of light weight, high rep lifting, I should see even better results!

Wow, JP, we started at about the same place, and we ended up at the same place, too.
After surgery, with the extra water weight, I was 352. For months now, I've been bouncing around the 211-215 range. I've thought about going extreme low carb to drop to the 100s, but hell, I'm skinny enough as it is.

Hi all!! Great to see so many doing so well. Had my annual physical this week. Doctor hasn't seen me since before the surgery. Everything was great. He did mention that I now weigh 50 lbs less than him. Also while he was writing up the visit he started shaking his head and laughing. He said "I can't even write under diagnosis, obesity anymore" He was a big help in getting me approved and it was good to be able to show him how well things are going.
