**** block is not only a female term. In high school many moons ago I had a freind that would never go away when I was trying to get freindly with the ladies. He was "**** blocking" my chance with the ladies. **** blocks are also used when trying to over power another guy to get to a woman. In this case this guy is preventing this gal from getting some action because he is constantly around her. Maybe that guy is gay or something.
