Best ever annual physical

Last week I had my yearly physical and it was by far the best one I think I have ever had. My doctor was so impressed with my results and how much I have changed. The first time I went to him my weight was 613 pounds back in 2006, and my labs were lousy. Now I have lost 388 pounds and my labs were awesome. The only thing that was a little low was my iron level, and the only reason that was low was because I had run out of my iron pills and the pharmacy took 2 week to get my prescription refilled because they had to find a different supplier. It is just amazing how different I feel from just a year and a half ago. Just in the past few months I have been able to do things that even amaze me. It is truly a blessing to have a second chance at life by having WLS and working the tool for all it’s worth.  Alan H

Here are some of my lab results, the complete list is on my profile. Wow ( I mean FART! ).  Those are absolutely great numbers on you lab work.  388 lbs gone for good.  What an amazing transformation you have made.  All I can say is "Way to go man!"

Hey Al - congratulations man - isn't it fun to get good news from the doctor?!?!?!?!? I actually enjoy seeing my PCP now - I don't have to worry if he's going to start me on new meds, or give me bad news about something.....

Great job man - keep up the hard work, and enjoying the awesome benefits from "working your tool" - that's ALWAYS a good thing.

Great stats, my friend. It's amazing, isn't it, how good (and bad) numbers can make us feel? You've made impressive changes. Thanks for letting us in on them.

This is gonna sound like bull**** but I'm dead serious. I've read some of your story over at your profile and you're kinda like a hero to me. You've practicaly raised yourself from the dead and now you have bloodwork numbers that the avg American would kill for. Great job.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
