What can I take for a headache

I have a pounding headache and have been searching for DxE list of pouch friendly medicines and can not find it.  Can anyone tell me what I can take?\ Thanks, jon

I use tylonol quick release gel caps and they wor fast ang great.  Tylonol sinus also works for me.  You dont want to take anything with ibeprophin, excuse the spelling. Kevin

I "spank the monkey" as a headache remedy as well  It also work for abscesses, botulism, coughs, diahhrea, exima, farting, gout, herpes, itching, jaundice, kornhole troubles, laziness, measles, nasal drip, overeating, ***** (lack of), quim (lack of as well), rickets, sex (lack of).... well, you get the picture      I gotta go **** (I'm crowning as I write this ) or I would continue through the rest of the alphabet.
