Breyers Carb Smart Ice Cream

Hey boys, gotta give kudos to Breyers, I tried their Carb Smart vanilla ice cream last night, total cream in your jeans goodness.  1/2 cup serving has 4 net carbs (5 grams sugar/5 grams sugar alcohol).  I remember the days when I could down a quart of regular ice cream in about 15 minutes.  Last night I savored every bite of the 1/2 cup like it was my last meal.  Give it a try.  I know they have several other flavors that I'm gonna check out. Nobody really talks about ice cream here.I think many believe as an alcoholic can't drink that we can't indulge ever in comfort food again. In a year out I've eaten probably a gallon of low fat low carb no sugar added and it all tasted fine. I did try Breyer as I recall and it was good. Ihaven't had problems with milk products and I do drinlk alot of milk and eat cheese products. Good luck, there's nothing wrong with feeling good occasionally; just don't lety it become habit forming.
