Hey guys, I'm back with more information. Guess I'm in a rut with the article stuff. But here is a link to a pdf document regarding safety of various food additives. It's from the Center for Scientific Information, or some such. http://www.cspinet.org/new/pdf/additives.pdf

Doug, thanks for the info. I find everything at that link “right on,” with the exception of its report on Stevia. The “Stevia causes Low Sperm Count” study it sites, was funded completely by the good folks who brought us Aspartame. Many countries have approved Stevia as a food, and many others as a “Sweetner.” The USA is in fact the only country that pigeon-holes Stevia as a “Food Additive. It suffered here due to the influence of the influence of “big businesss” (Monsanto) And the G.D. Searle Company. The Chief of Operations for the Searle Company was Donald Rumsfeld, Who used his Regan-Whitehouse influence to get Aspartame through the system. Donald R., before being the planner of the Iraq war, was the architect of the plan to ensure that, “every man, woman and child” in America be vaccinated against the swine flu in 1976. Within a few weeks of the introduction of the “swine flu vaccine,” some 47 million Americans were vaccinated with the experimental vaccine. The program resulted in at least 113 deaths, nearly 4,000 cases of paralysis and an epidemic of Guillean Barre -- a polio-like disease. Rumsfeld used even shadier tactics in pushing through Aspartame- http://www.newswithviews.com/NWVexclusive/exclusive15.htm Subsequently, Monsanto funded a number of studies launched at destroying competition of other, Less volatile and natural “sweeteners” such as Stevia. The “Bum Rap” that Stevia has been given, is criminal. Other warnings from the site are dead on. Particularly the food coloring additives. Across the Board, nearly any Red and many Yellow food colorings are not to be trusted. The toxic effects of Red and Yellow dyes and pigments have killed countless artists over the last century. For Scenic Artists, there are specific warnings associated with the use of reds and yellows in scenic art. Nature does a great job in creating the “Lush Red” of a perfectly ripe tomato. It does so with a “Blue-based” Red of the flesh that is nearly magenta, covered with a skin that is very orange-ish. (yellow based red) The optical illusion that is “Ripe tomato red, is not easily mimicked by chemists without resorting to toxic pigments. Some food colorings cause metabolic responses Such as sluggishness or hyperactivity in some sensitive children. Example-  YELLOW 5 ... Artificial coloring found in Jell-O, baked goods, etc... Causes mild allergic reactions, Primarily in aspirin-sensitive persons. Check some of the food additives that show up on your labels. Perhaps a look at-:type: http://www.cspinet.org/foodsafety/index.html Sorry to babble on in a reply, But such stuff fascinates me. Good link, thanks for the info. Best Wishes- Dx

Thanks for all of this info. Dx, you never cease to amaze me. If I knew 25% of the stuff you write about, I would be a dangerous individual. I am always amazed by your posts.
