Boy I'll say!! Who'd of ever known that you were an attractive Oriental chick who hung out with fat beer swiggin' American guys before your surgery?   BwaHahahahaha - just funnin' ya Dave!! You've definitely come a loooooong way!!  Quite an example and inspiration to guys like me. Congrats!!

Hehe! Now that would be a lifestyle change, for sure, Bob!

Hey Dave, You're right--that pic does tell the story. It's still hard to fathom what  amazing changes are possible with wls. Are we to assume the large green bowl was your portion? Or was all the stuff next to you your snack?

It looks to me like you and I were cut from the same cloth pre-op. I hope that I can get as excited about physical fitness in the future as you are now. JF
