Hit 199 today. Down 155 since surgery 9 months ago and my life has completely changed. Well, I am still a bit of a geek, but that doesn't change overnight. But a 1!! I'll be honest, I never had expectations to be below 200 pounds ever in my life...surgery or not. Just wanted to celebrate with some friends who would understand. Hope you all are doing great!
