How do you e-mail all your friends at one time from your profile?

Go to the bottom of this page and click on "My Messages".  Once there, look at the top right hand corner and click on "New Message".  When that comes up there will be a box there that ask you to check each of your friends you want to send a messages to.  Just click the box next to their name and then write your message and hit the send button.  Hope this helps.
