What Kind Of Steak Sauce Do You Use?

I've been trying to eat more steak to up my protein levels of late ..  I used to love it as a post-op, with lots of Heinz 57 or A-1 Sauce on it .  However, since surgery, the taste of either sauce makes me feel kinda nauseous for some reason .  (the sugar/ high fructose corn syrup content?)   I have been able to get by with a mayo/horseradish mixture, akin to what one puts on prime rib ..  instead, but that is getting pretty boring ..   Worchestershire sauce or soy sauce just taste too weak and salty ..   What do ya'll use on your steak, or  do you have any recommended alternatives?

In an ideal world, I use none. Sometimes though, I get stuck with a dry one and I prefer just regular old KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce.

Oh man on a good cut of meat I need no steak sauce.  I use a steak season that I buy at Costco and been using it for years.  Try using different kinds of rubs you might not want to use a steak sauce if you find a good rub you like.

I just food process part of mine so I can get more in. If it's taste and being able to tolerate the meat/ taste, maybe marinating?

Steak sauce on a steak? Omg whats next peanut butter on bread? A real steak eater does not put anything on a steak.  A good steak does not need a thing.

I like to marinate mine in worstershire sauce.  Gives the meat a great taste, and not sweet. I've been on the lookout for a sugar free BBQ sauce.  You'd think someone would make it.  I love the BBQ taste, but with my RNY, I experience extreme dumping with any sugary things.                                  My curse....
