Cycling Technique Article
This is for the cycling contingent. Supposedly based on Lance Armstrong's technique and probably resembling the soon-to-come-out Pose Method of Cycling/ Triathlon. Pose is from that wild Dr. of motion, Dr. Nicholas Romanov:

Great link, Dave. This guy's from my stompin' ground in Boulder, Colorado although I've never met him. Here's his pic from his profile. He's got the good, old Ride the Buffalo shirt which is a century bike ride I've done twice.
As a matter of fact, this is the year I'm shooting for a 5 hour finish time in the Ride the Buffalo. The event is late in the season and is a fast track for Colorado which means only a couple mountain climbs. I did the 100 miles last year in 546 with a hyperextended elbow so I figure that's got to be worth 5 or 10 minutes.
We're gonna see this weekend what kind of shape I'm in cause I've got a 75 mile group ride which is entirely mountains. The group I'm riding with is the Rocky Mountain Cycling Club and they are just this side of insane. It will be my first (and hopefully not the last) ride with them. Next week I have a 200KM half mountain/half flat ride with them. Should be an interesting couple of weeks.
THE TOUR DE FAT ROLLS ON, BABY!!
