1 week out -22 lbs Released for full physical workouts released to ride    Yeeehawww with the sleeve   there are no sutures to rip   jus a staple line that floats   also released to the puree stage of food

Life is good!!  Enjoy the ride...in more ways than one.

WOW! Eddie that is great news.  22 lbs in one week is fantastic!  I do believe that is what is called a FART in the Locker Room.  Keep up the great work!!     Enjoy riding your Harley.  Just be careful and don't strain yourself.

Way to go Eddie!  I'm having a planned VSG in about a week and a half...  What kind of post-op regimen are you on to have lost that 22 pounds in 1 week ?  Just wondering - as my Dr. has me scheduled for clear/non-caloric liquids only for the first two weeks, and I'm wondering how much I might lose in that time period... Keep up the great work! John

John, First few days just Crystal Lite, SF Jello  SF popcicles and Broth 4 days out added Protien Powder and Skim Milk now 8 days out  and had mushy tuna/egg salad      2 tsp filled me up
