Interesting exercise idea Long
Something they are doing at work to encourage people to exercise
forming teams, and trying to amass lots of walking miles.
They are also giving credit for other activities such as biking etc. but the credit for non walking activities is based on duration so for every 20 minutes of activity you have, they credit you with 1 mile. They count activity as anything that gets the heart rate up and makes you sweat. (Now I need to convince the wife that sex counts haha)
I think I'm gonna give it a go. Can always use another motivator.
