4 months out, missed my 100lb mark DAMN!!!
I just got back from Disneyworld in Orlando and all I can say is that little frickin mouse aint too friendly! It was a bit tough to survive but I managed to be mostly good with my diet and I did excercise 5 out of the 7 days I was on vacation. It did help that the place we stayed in had a kitchen and I was able to cook most of my meals and pack food for the park. My family and I did have a blast though, especially my 2 year old daughter, the look of amazement she had when she met her favorite characters in real life was worth it. I had the energy to make it through 4 disneyworld parks, I fit on all the rides we rode with room to spare and I didn't need a seat belt extender on the plane. My 4 month mark after my surgery was the day I came back and I jumped on the scale.....262lbs, 96lbs lost since my surgery...Oh well I missed my goal of 100lbs down after 4 months but I am still happy with my results. I am down 128lbs since my heaviest of 390lbs. I no longer use my CPAP machine, I have no issues regarding my blood pressure/sugar or cholesterol, I wear a L/XL shirt, 38-40W pants and still workout 5 times a week. I know I am still in the early stages but so far I'm loving it and thank god for getting me to this point in my life. Thanks for all the help I get on this forum and keep it up LOSERS!!!
