81 weeks out - and I've lost 200 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup, lost a full 200 lbs since my wls day and I'm so stinkin happy with that! Just wanted to SHOUT this out......life is good!!!! Oh, and did anyone else see 60 minutes last night with all that good news on WLS surgeries and how it appears it's helping  get rid of many many many co-morbidities too! Happy canuck am I !!!!!!!!!!! woooooooooooHooooooooooooo Jim PS just uploaded 2 new 204lb pix too....life is GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!1

way to go jim. yep, saw the show. i couldn't believe the stats. only losing a third of the weight. skewed by women i suppose. not a slam, we just lose easier plus we usually get crazy with exercise while most women don't. still, just 1% of people who are fat get the surgery. can't blame them. i'm no poster child for this surgery, that's for sure. even my doc wants me to attend seminars just to tell his patients my journey sucked! what a guy. i really like the honesty. now that's a good guy. later......carbonblob
