FART FART FART

Ok Guys...sometime this weeks is my 3 year anniversary....and I had a fart... a pretty powerful fart So let me set the stage....I was at the gym...and the young guy there wants me to go get him lunch....(you know they are always stranded and needing food) so he says that he will arm wrestle me for lunch...(I figure i'm gonna pay for it anyway...so I arm wrestle him) And It was a draw!!!!! This is an 18yo that benches 300# frequently....and I am a big this was about as good as it gets in my world,,,, thank you for your attention

First of all, the activity and support you give on here is wonderful. I always really appreciate it, as do others, I'm sure.

Didn't know you were back to working out after surgery, but that's a great fart - a real sign of progress.

And, always enjoy your "young guys in the gym" stories!

During Christmas I arm wrestled my 18 year old daughter...I lost.  Pretty embarrassing.  She had been lifting a little bit over the last few months.  But remembering my high school football days when I use to bench press #300...It gets alittle deflating if you know what I mean.  Brian
