Found a Protein I LOVE! Are the Nut. Values Too high?

Somebody recommended "Healthy N Fit" egg white protein powder. I bought the chocolate and the vanilla. The chocolate tastes just like chocolate milk.  22 grams protein 2 grams carbs 106 calories.. I make mine with lactaid skim milk, get another 8 grams protein. Best protein mix I've ever had. Sam

As far as flavor goes, I continue to recommend DaVinciGourmet sugar free and fat free syrups.  They're about $8 a bottle for 750ml and are readily available online.  They usually have 45 flavors available and a little goes a long way.   I usually add the fruit flavors to vanilla protein and the other flavors to coffee.
